“We just returned from several days at the Desoto Beach Hotel on Tybee Island and we had a great time. The hotel was much better than what we had expected. It is directly on the beach, so there was some sand/salt on some of the carpets. The room was clean when we arrived. “Love the Desoto... Always accommodating and a pleasurable relaxing stay. Best hotel on the beach. We have been going for years now and have not had an unpleasant experience to date. I highly recommend this hotel if staying on Tybee Island.
